Request for more robust playlist organization

This has been asked about before, but the ability to create/use folders/subfolders for playlists would be super useful.

Similarly the ability to Ignore Articles in playlist titles (E.G. "The Beatles" would be sorted under B instead of T) would make playlist creation/organization much friendlier for those of us who use playlists to group artists work together when Album Artist isn't an option.
