Hello, please help me to  Restore my Poweramp Purchase on my new Phone.

My account is the same account I paid.  My unlocker apk in not recognized with the new version of Poweramp.

As you apparently did not purchase from the Google Play Store in the first place, Google will indeed ask you to pay if you decide to buy a licence from them.

Purchases made from here on the official Poweramp website do not need the Play Store at all, and can be used on any device by downloading and installing the latest APK file version (from here) and then using the Already Purchased? link in the Settings page. As Max says, please contact Support by email if you are still having problems as we can't deal with detailed discussions of individual cases in these open public forums for privacy reasons.

IT says "Poweramp v2 only"  

I solved the issue by installing " Poweramp v3" and "enter the correct account/email and the Order ID."

When you purchased it, there was only Poweramp v2, so that's what the original licence referred to.

Poweramp v3 was officially launched in 2018, and older v2 licences continued to be (and still are) honoured for all users.

Glad you're all sorted and it's working now anyway.
