Playback briefly pauses when adjusting volume

I'm using Poweramp with Agama car launcher. Both are paid for versions.

When I adjust music volume up or down with + - on the screen or up down knob on the head unit, the playback stutters  very briefly and resumes playing the song.

If I use the Radio app on the head unit, adjusting the volume does not affect playback.

Try to disable DVC. If it helps - your firmware delays volume events when sending to apps, and you hear that delay during volume changes (it’s not a pause).

I didn't know what DVC was. Did some googling and found this website and disabled DVC. My volume knob now works perfectly!
