Can't export / import settings on Android 13

Hello, 

As stated in title, every time I want to export settings to a file, got a popup window saying access denied, but there is no way to change saving directory.

When I tried to load settings I saved on Android 10 it says the same

When you select Export or Import, you should see a file selector box to choose both the filename and the folder. Don't try to use the root locations of any storages in Android 13, it doesn't like that. Similarly probably also best not to use Android system reserved locations, such as 'Download'.

I have a similar issue on Android 13, OnePlus 9 Pro.

I can access all the folders, I'm rooted and have a mod that doesn't restrict certain storage locations, but that doesn't help here.

I simply can't save settings in any location I tried, I just get this error (see attachment)
