Samsung updated my software, now I hear music as if it were in demo or mono version

Samsung aktualizoval můj softwar (mob.SAMSUNG GALAXY A22).Poweramp změnil poslech hudby ve sluchátkách (SONY).Nyní slyším hudbu,jako by byla v demo,nebo mono verzi.Mám od vás koupenou plnou verzi(tu poslední).Co s tím

 

Samsung aktualizoval software(mám mobil samsung galaxy A22).Poslech hudby z vašeho Poweramp nyní zní,jako demo,nebo mono verze.Taky nejde vyvážení(Balance reproduktorů)a přepínání mono,stereo.Co s tím.Prosím o pomoc.

There is a Mono/Stereo control in the second screen of Equaliser options, but that should not have enabled itself. PA's trial version does not sound any different to its licenced version, it is fully functional and the demo period is a time limit only.

Try restoring the PA Settings=>Audio=>Output section to defaults. If you have updated your system to a new Android version, Poweramp will still have the same saved settings it created before.
