Dolby AC-4 in (m4a) Support

So i have a sample of an Dolby AC-4 Audio Codec that was recently ripped from TIdal, I heard that WMP can play it correctly

it would be nice for Poweramp App capable of playing this file😄

I can't find anything to play this, or another similar MP4-contained AC-4 sample that I tracked down on the internet. Neither foobar2000, VLC, Audacity, Zoom Player, MediaMonkey, or Windows itself on my PC can handle the codec natively either. Are they are real-world examples of this format in the wild (i.e. not ripped from commercial streams, etc)?

You do seem to like finding esoteric formats, you asked about MPEG-H 3D audio recently, and other multi-channel formats previously. Might be better stick to what is generally accepted and common in the wild... and works.
