Notification and widget icons

Hello guys,

My request is about making the play pause, forward, and backward buttons in notification and widgets theme-able using skins like being able to select these buttons through skin menu.

The icons technically can be changed, thus, can be skinnable as well. I will add this to TODO and most probably this will be implemented on the next pass over notifications, where notification buttons will become configurable. Thanks for the request!
