maxmp Posted May 6, 2022 Share Posted May 6, 2022 Poweramp (player) is able to equalize played music even when casted to Chromecast as audio is processed locally, in Poweramp. As for Poweramp Equalizer, it won’t equalize “remote” streams as Chromecast device directly connects to the source of content (remote server) and phone just commands Chromecast what to do - no any processing happens on the phone.
