What underlying Android version does the head-unit run? Are you trying to install the Equalizer from the Play Store or from the website download APK file?

[Edit: just read your file, it's Android 10 but rooted. Is it manufacturer-supplied that way?]

I install with apk file in play store not found app.

android install from  manufacturer-supplied.

but it can install Poweramp music player.

So to confirm, you are trying to install the latest APK file downloaded from https://forum.powerampapp.com/files/category/2-poweramp-v3-latest-releases/ .

And Poweramp is not available via the Play Store on this device.

Poweramp v3 can install ,can run and can restore purchase from play store

 

but Poweramp equalizer can not install with apk and can not found in play store.
