Hi. I emailed Poweramp support 3 days ago about my license But they have not answered me yet! While every time I emailed, they responded quickly. Is there any problem?

Please reply to emails. Thankful.

You should normally get a response within a couple of business days, but sometimes it can take a little longer. Might be worth emailing again - poweramp.maxmpz@gmail.com.
