You can set PA to start at the Library view though it you'd prefer to commence browsing straight away. (Settings > Look and Feel > Start at Library). You can also customise how that view looks by adding or removing items, or choosing one specific Category to be your default opening page, by going to the top level Library view and tapping (three-dots menu) > List Options.
