Permit usage of the Equalizer app user settings on Poweramp Player

Hi,

Thanks for your amazing work... 

In order to have the equalizer customization in a single location it would be cool if you add a feature to Poweramp Player to directly use the Equalizer app customization... I saw the import/export settings but this require action on changes...

@Ali Rahal do you mean you want presets automatically shared between apps?

@Ali Rahal You can turn off EQ functions in the main Poweramp app and use the external Poweramp Equalizer app to control PA's sound just like it can for any other audio player, is that what you mean?

If Poweramp does not appear in the list of Known Players in the Equalizer settings, you need to enable MusicFX in the main Poweramp app settings and EQ screen. You should only have DVC enabled in one app or the other though, not both.

@maxmp Yes, a feature that would make the equalizer settings shared between the two apps

@andrewilley Yes I know BUT the equalizer app is not compatible with Poweramp Player when Hi-Res output is used. (it works otherwise but not usable as I am always on Hi-res when using the player app)
