verify license Poweramp ask to validate purchase every time Mi wifi and data it's off

Every time I'm on the street going to any place and I have the data off. The reproduction of music stops and don't allow me to play music until Im online and verify my purchase... Again. Happens always I'm data off and it's very disgusting because sometimes I'm outside for hours and can play my music. Thanks for advanced for the help

Once Poweramp has validated and stored the licence status from the Play Store over the internet (make sure it stays connected for a while after installation, ideally 24+ hours) it shouldn't need to check again. Check that PA Settings > About shows the message "Purchase Verified and Stored", thus:
