LeVvE
One thing I've noticed with Poweramp over the years is that it uses rewind/fast forward buttons instead of previous/next for the previous/next function, is there a reason for this? You don't really notice it in the player UI unless you enable the pro buttons but it's always visible in the notification. Quote Translate Revert translation? andrewilley
It's the other way around. The >> and << buttons are primarily intended to be 'Next Track' and 'Previous Track' buttons. There is additional functionality though in that they also provide rewind/fast-forward modes if you long-press on them within the player screen. Andre Quote Translate Revert translation? maxmp
The (ISO/IEC) standard prev/next track button signs are |< >|, and double triangle << >> are for the rewind/fast forward. Poweramp does retain that rewind/fast forward functionality for a long click, but the current shape is mostly historical and we don't follow icon standards here anyway (it forces specific shapes, for example, arrows should be narrow: https://www.iso.org/obp/ui#iec:grs:60417:5107B , aslo google for "next song icon" to see range of used icons for the action) and skins are able to change that, but it seems no one ever requested that 😉 Quote Translate Revert translation?
