There should be no need to do anything to the one in internal storage as that is more readily accessible. Also, changing the internal one could muck a lot of apps up, whereas there should be almost nothing using the SD Card's data subfolders. Your risk though, I just read it on the internet...

It's in PA Settings > Misc. More details in the thread I linked to in the same post.

Two possible actions:

Downgrade your phone. Visit the nearest customer service and they already know what to do. 

Insert the SD Card to another phone that has not been updated into Android 11.

@MarcinW for the build-925 it’s not necessary to turn off legacy mode as Poweramp is able to handle both legacy/direct file paths and those separately added (Storage Access Framework - SAF) folders. This increases chance of song duplications as same folder may be selected 2 times, but it also allows users to continue to use the same folder setup as it was before the Android upgrade.

Appropriate File access permission should be granted to the app. Poweramp asks for it as usual, but if denied or revoked during the firmware update, or revoked automatically due to the app idle state, no permission requests will be shown and files won’t be played (“Storage unmounted…” error). The permission should be granted manually by long pressing Poweramp icon / (i) / Permissions / File access.
