Spotify won't work

There is also no difference at all between the trial and paid versions of Poweramp - other than the paid version continues to work forever rather than expiring of course.

Obviously Poweramp does not play Spotify streamed music (it's a local file player) but it should not prevent Spotify itself from working. What happens why you try to listen to something in the Spotify app?

The spotify app by its self works fine. My bad it wasnt beta version it was Poweramp equalizer app that it was working on. When I open up Poweramp there's absolutely nothing in any playlist, albums, artist, and iv rescan my phone and nothing will pull up.

It also say to many failed files when I press the play button

It seems strange, as you originally said this was a first-time install of PA... yet you are seeing failed to play files, which would normally occur only after you had initially scanned files successfully but later changed your SD Card or upgraded your Android version which broke the file access.

Have you tried a Full Rescan in Settings > Library? And have you assigned permissions (grant access) for PA to read your music storage location (in Settings > Library > Music Folders)?

Iv installed it and reinstalled it 3 times since I purchased it. Iv never had an SD card and already had the latest snapdragon 865 before downloading app. Does this app support the UI 3.0? I done scans on all playlist and nothing would come up. I gave app permissions to get files. Am I doing something wrong? Spotify wouldn't  be in a music folder tho I wouldn't think unless it was downloaded to my internal storage.

PA doesn't care about the UI (launcher), but the underlying Android version can make a difference to file access permissions.

You say there's "nothing in any playlist, albums, artist" by which I assume you mean the entire Library is empty? What have you got ticked in Settings > Library > Music Folders?  Ideally only the location(s) where you have music stored should be ticked. Try enabling (or disabling) Settings > Misc > File Access Legacy Mode, and then do the Music Folders selection again.

In your last post though you started talking about just playlists, which would be a different issue to the whole library being empty. Could you clarify whether it's specific playlists or the whole Library that is the problem?
