z0kii Posted December 23, 2020 Share Posted December 23, 2020 I've come across an issue where if I say "ok google play the next song" Poweramp switches the song but in a paused state. If I unlock my phone the next song will resume playing. If my phone is unlocked and I say "ok google play the next song" it works. Nothing has changed on my end and its been working as expected for a long time. The only thing I can think of is perhaps the latest google app update is the issue as it's got a new UI. Has anyone else encountered this? Saying ok google play music on Poweramp works as normal. Its just when I say play next song it just goes to Lock Screen Phone: Galaxy S20+ 5G just updates or Android 11 One UI 3 but it hasn't fixed the issue.
