How can I recover my Poweramp order ID?

I've lost the email with the order id I received when I bought it. How can I recover the purchase order id?

Email poweramp.maxmpz (at) gmail.com , or use the Get Support feature in the app. You can ask them to change the registered email address for your licence, or just enter the old email anyway.

I have this same problem.

I purchased Poweramp from the website a year ago and I have just reset my phone to factory settings.

I still operate the same email address, with which I purchased the app.

But now I need my Order ID, I can't find it in my email records.

I have sent around ten emails to Poweramp.maxmpz (at) gmail.com, but I am not getting a response.

Their support is very poor.

Is there any other way I can get support for my issue?

That is the correct (and only) email address, you should hear back within a few days normally. For data privacy reasons this sort of thing can't be dealt with in open forums. I assume you've checked spam folders etc?
