PS: No update is available for my smartphone. Nevertheless, I would like to continue to use it: it has DAB+ Radio

Any version of Poweramp should work fine on Android 6, even the really old legacy v2.

The latest release on the website download page is currently build 888, or you can get build 884 on the Play Store. You'd need to use the Play Store version initially if you want to use an already-purchased Play Store licence key, but you can update it manually with a website download later if you wish. Remember you may need to keep an internet connection live on the device for a day or two to ensure the licence has validated and saved.

If you don't have access to Google Play or another app store that provides Poweramp, you can buy directly on the website (https://powerampapp.com/buy-poweramp/). Then download the latest build from the Downloads tab here. Direct purchased licences are for one device at a time only; if you later install on a second device, that will revoke the licence from the first one. The licence is tied to the email address you register it with, and will validate online when you install it.

Thank you! I try to buy the program directly as described by you. But the mail client is on my PC, Poweramp I want to install on my smartphone (used only for music and photography). I hope it works.

You can download the latest APK from here and install it. Then use Settings > Already Purchased? > Website to validate your purchased licence. Google services are not required, only an internet connection.
