Caching DLNA playback

Now that Google Play Music is on the way out, I suggest that Poweramp give the ability to define a DLNA server(s) whose catalog can be cached, with the ability to also download and locally cache tracks/albums etc. (Maybe the DLNA server will be over a VPN)

That way Poweramp can work with a music collection on my home PC/NAS/Plex the way Google Play Music used to work with my collection

This relates to an existing DLNA feature request where Poweramp can also play to a DLNA sink - e.g. Yamaha home music system,  TV etc.
