PA V2 had it but in V3 they removed the in-built lyrics and replaced it by redirecting to a google search

No, PA v2 and v3 both support displaying of built-in lyrics embedded in audio file tags, that feature has not been removed. And if no embedded lyric data is found, PA can now do a Google search for them for you. However PA has never had a real-time scrolling lyrics (karaoke style) capability.

There are plans to enhance the ways lyrics are supported internally in the future, but I have no idea of a timescale I'm afraid.

The feature to use the MusiXmatch plugin is missing in v3. The only options left are to either search for the lyrics on the web or show them via the tags.

Musixmatch removed their API for external apps earlier this year, so Max deleted the old menu option from PA as it is now redundant.

You now need to use Musixmatch's own floating lyrics feature, which works quite well, and synchronises to the playing music. Their paid version removes ads and provides better transparency, etc:

Will it support scrolling of embedded lyrics in the future?instead of *.lrc

I believe Max's long-range plan to provide further in-app Lyric display will include real-time scrolling (if timecodes are provided) for both embedded and .LRC file lyrics. I don't know where in the development priority list this feature falls though, it may be some way off yet. Expanding the EQ features (and providing a stand-alone EQ system too) is the current main project.
