Lando
I just got done updating my Samsung Galaxy S8, and once I opened up Poweramp (build-828) it keeps ending up on this screen. I can still hear the music and skip through tracks but I'm locked into the play menu, anytime I try to search for a track or go back to my albums using the library button it doesn't do anything, I'm just stuck at this screen. andrewilley
Looks like you have launched Poweramp from a file explorer app possibly? Go into PA Settings > Library > Music Folders and make sure your music storage location is enabled (ticked) in there. Then do a FULL Rescan (bottom entry of Settings > Library). Lando
When I launched the app I did so via the widget on my home sreen and that's when I noticed the issue. Since then I've just been downloading previous versions and they don't seem to work either. I've cleared the cache and data from the app and also from my device, have also attempted doing full rescans as well with no success.
andrewilley
Try a more recent build of PA (828 is a bit old now), and check Settings > Library > Music Folders and make sure your music storage location is enabled (ticked) in there.
