How to know if a phone has DVC + Hi-res

I would like to know, if I'm buying a new phone, from the specs or whatever, if there is anyway to know if the phone will support DVC+Hi-Res with no issue.

I have a zenfone 3 that has bugs when both are active. i have to Turn off DVC if I want hi-res with no issues. The phone has snapdragon 625.

But I also have a tablet (Lenovo tab 4 plus) that also has SD 625 and supports DVC + Hi-res with no issues (I believe...).

So, if I'm thinking of buying a new phone, ia there anything I should be looking at to have DVC + Hi-Res with no issues? Or at least less probably will have issues...
