SwanMess
Hello, Poweramp is having a problem displaying and detecting embedded album art that's 3000x3000 for certain albums on my phone. Below this post are two of the albums affected. The default music app on my phone shows it, but Poweramp doesn't. I've tried clearing the album cache, disabled the ability to download the art, and a full scan, but Poweramp still does not show it. I use iTunes to embed the album art and iTunes Artwork Finder by Ben Dodson to download it. I have left links to the album arts in question and screenshots of the problem below this post for context, please help me fix this issue. Thank you for your time. flyingdutchman
Did you try and long tap the albumart area and select Album Art option. Poweramp will fetch several albumart art graphics showing their dimensions. Perhaps you can add your 3000* 3000 . There is also an option tp pick from gallery so you could add it that way. andrewilley
What format are your files? 3000x3000 is excessively large, and might be hitting limits (e.g. 16Mb for FLAC files). Andre

Andre I've had 10,000x10,000 images show fine in Poweramp before, so it's definitely not a Poweramp problem

Yes, but it doesn't show any embedded album covers of that size.

andrewilley
As I said, how large (Mb) are the images? You will also kill the cache pretty quickly with that kind of excessive size, even if it does work. Andre

Also, Andre, I don't have that image in my library anymore, but I did way back on my Galaxy Note 3 and it worked fine.
