Brettm Posted June 27, 2019 Share Posted June 27, 2019 When I'm in list view for an album, I already know which artist and album it is. I don't need to be shown the same info on every track. Makes it difficult to see the track list at a glance with the same information duplicated across the screen. andrewilley Posted June 27, 2019 Share Posted June 27, 2019 A more compact, text-only, library view is a regularly requested feature (I too would love it for folder/file browsing, where thumbnail images are often completely irrelevant) but Max has said that because the same space is used for overlaid multi-selection tickboxes, it would be a much more major programming challenge than simply removing the images.
