steveg
Hello, I listen to Poweramp via a Sena 20S Evo bluetooth headset while riding my motorcycle. My headset is also connected to my Garmin Zumo 595 GPS. Often (but not always) after the GPS provides some voice direction, Poweramp will suddenly start playing whatever the last queued up song was, even though I was not listening to music at the time. It is almost as if Poweramp thinks it should RESUME playing after another source/notification broke in, but I don't WANT it to resume. This has been extremely annoying. Not sure if it's a bug or just one of the settings I haven't tried yet? Please advise, thanks! andrewilley
You could check Settings > Headset/Bluetooth and make sure the resume option is not ticked in the Audio Focus section. Otherwise check the Last Processed Commands list in the same menu in case you external device is issuing a resume command. steveg
Thanks for the response Andrew! Under Audio Focus, the only enabled options are "Short Audio Focus Change", "Duck Volume", and "Permanent Audio Focus Change". My "Last Processed Commands" list is empty. Any further thoughts? thanks! Steve Link to comment https://forum.powerampapp.com/topic/17212-music-starts-playing-when-not-desired/#findComment-74777 Share on other sites
andrewilley
Try disabling the focus change settings (one by one) and see what results you get.
