Not followed with the music. Like Poweramp do. They tell on their store presentation that they do a proper milkdrop compatible visualization as wallpaper. So it should indeed be possible to do this. You only have to install besides that a music extension you find easily in the app store. I've had some problems with it, I don't know if due to updates from them or Poweramp but it doesn't work as it used to be.
