Anytime I edit tags for a song, especially changing the album art, the app quickly adds it as a recently added songs. andrewilley Posted January 25, 2019 Share Posted January 25, 2019 Exactly as above, if you edit a song (and thus re-save a modified version of the file back to storage) then the 'Last Modified' time/date stamp on that file will get updated - so Poweramp sees it as a recent file rather than an old one. Unless of course you ask PA to sort by when a song was added to PA's internal library database, rather than by using the file-system age of the file.
