DVC works not so good after last update

after the update when i change volume to earphone's max safe volume (like pic above) , the actual volume is obviously low than before update. 

disable dvc seems could resolve this

and i found when i set it to sth like pic below

the volume sounds more normal...but i had to see the dialog and click cancel every time..
