Not in player UI (as in the screenshot I uploaded). There was an option in V2. In V3 filename would either replace song title EVERYWHERE or nowhere. Which is what Max said above, it's currently add-or-nothing (I believe the title labelling uses common code wherever it appears, but I could be wrong).
