high-res output Colorless notification And high Res output autodisabling

After Last update (800) notification become colorless. I tryed disable/enable. 

If i surfing in Chrome while player running audio Will stops(If i press play button nothing happens) , helps only disabling/enabling of high res output. This problem appeared from the start of using v3
