Improve Track Playcount Detection

As of right now, a "play" is registered instantly as soon as a particular track is played which means that even when I'm skipping through tracks, the tracks I've skipped through still registers 1 play, even though I didn't actually want to play them.

This causes the "Most Played" playlist to be very inaccurate as it is mostly filled with random songs I happen to be shuffling and skipping through.

 

A suggestion is to only register a play when ~25%+ of the entire song is already played, that way skipping through tracks won't actually count as a play.

~An option to tweak this percentage would also be great although I could see how implementing this would be difficult.
