Scanning for new songs does not work.

I noticed something strange after updating to 790 and getting back to previous beta, namely song library does not to refresh, when I add a new song it does not appear in the library, hitting rescan button does not even trigger scan propt in the taskbar, as the command was not working. Only way for me to add a new song is to uninstall latest beta from the market, install v2, scan for the songs and install beta again. Build 790 does not have this problem though but since it is missing some of the features I would rather stay with current beta from the market. Can you help please, I'm using Xiaomi Note 3 Pro with android 6 and Miui 9 as a ROM.
