Lugarza Posted April 22, 2011 Share Posted April 22, 2011 I bought the full version of Poweramp for my HTC EVO on the Android Market (paid using my phone acct) but it won't unlock the trial version. Android Market says its been purchased, and when I click on the Purchased button, it says OK, I click on that and it says "your item will be downloaded" at which point i see something download very quickly, but when I try to run Poweramp, it says "Sorry bu Poweramp Trial has expired. Thank you for the evaluation! Please purchase and install Poweramp Full Version Unlocker app to remove Trial Time limitation". I've tried to get a refund, but Market says "Your purchase could not be refunded". Help! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
admin Posted April 28, 2011 Share Posted April 28, 2011 This can happen if you changed your google account on the phone, or in other cases when Android Market doesn't recognize your google account as a valid for the app.Please use the Support button in PowerAMP/License dialog (I need your order id to assist you further on this issue).Thanks!
