Samsung s8plus can't restore the purchase

After updating my phone today, Poweramp is locked. It said no valid Google account. I followed all the steps showed in the support but still failed.

If you have followed the FAQ instructions (http://support.powerampapp.com/knowledgebase/articles/324284-restore-poweramp-purchase) and you are using the same Google account as before, please email poweramp.maxmpz@gmail.com with your purchase details for further help. Say what steps you have already taken, as otherwise you will just get a form response.
