And there is a license problem when you are disconnected from the Internet. And I'm not around Internet a lot. Please find a way to fix this it is really upsetting. andrewilley Posted February 1, 2018 Share Posted February 1, 2018 Are you saying this only happens in the alpha-test builds (as you've posted your message in the v3 testing forum) or with the stable v2 release too? And is this with the Google Play licence key, or did you buy from the website here? Whichever though, please see http://support.powerampapp.com/knowledgebase/articles/323557-is-internet-connection-required and see if anything in there applies to you, otherwise please could you email your purchase and device details to poweramp.maxmpz@gmail.com.
