lordradish Posted June 15, 2017 Share Posted June 15, 2017 Lately, when I've been using my Poweramp (full) away from any internet, it's saying it can't contact Google for validation (ver. 589). I've had Poweramp for a long time, and have never had this problem, before. I often use it when I'm far away from any data or internet signal. Is it now crippled? Is it always going to need an internet connection every time, to validate, every time I play it? I hope not. None of the support options in the app work, either. andrewilley Posted June 15, 2017 Share Posted June 15, 2017 Have you checked that none of the conditions in http://support.powerampapp.com/knowledgebase/articles/323557-is-internet-connection-required apply? What does Settings > About show as the licence status? You could try re-installing and then making sure your device is on an internet connection for at least the next 48 hours.
