Limiter not working on build 703, and volume sometime feels incosistent.

My config :

- SoX Resampler (99% Cutoff)

- DVC On

- Buffers 2x71ms

- Dither (Low Shibata Noise Shaping)

- Output AudioTrack 16bit/48KHz (Flags 0x10)

My phone is Lenovo Vibe K5 (a6020a40) using LineageOS 14.1 Nougat 7.1.2 (20170605-NIGHTLY-A6020), LM Kernel R3 (Linux 3.10.58).
