How do I delete a folder??

Greetings, I have (3) Folders [Hierarchy] stored that I cannot seem to delete. I have tried a long hold on the icon, then tap "delete all", yet nothing is deleted. What am I not doing correctly?? Thanks!

Hi,

PowerAMP can delete song files in folders, but it won't delete folders. This is because PowerAMP is not a file manager and it's not aware of any other files you can have in your folders - your photos, games, other stuff, and loss of this can be very unexpected.

How can this be added as a feature request? I'd be happy to grant Poweramp the authority to obliterate entire folders. (After all, I think that's what most people expect will happen when they click a button labeled 'DELETE ALL.')

Otherwise, I'm stuck with a bunch of empty folders on my phone.

DELETE ALL deletes all files which are visible in the current list. Deleting whole folder means other files should be deleted, which are not visible in PowerAMP Folders lists and thus, loss of these files can be unexpected by user. I will think about an option to remove empty folder as well when all files were removed from the folders, though, but this option (it it will be implemented) will be disabled by default.
