  1. I encountered a bug with v2 and even v3 on multiple android devices. When connected to a bluetooth device, Poweramp resets my EQ settings each time I change a song or exit Poweramp. The EQ settings are being set to a certain preset that I once set up for a bluetooth device, although I have meanwhile deleted it even. I tried to get rid of the bug by resetting all presets via the option in the preferences and also reinstalled it without success. Help is much appreciated.
  2. Is there anyone willing to make a skin that restores the V2 UI? I greatly dislike the V3 UI. Don't like the icons. Don't like the wave seek bar. Don't like the color puke in the library. Don't understand why there's a thumbs down for local media. If I dislike a song it's not on my phone. It feels like a whole bunch of unnecessary stuff was added and it's made the app much less pleasant to use.
  3. Hello everybody, I encountered a problem with importing playlists on my new phone and perhaps you can help me. Poweramp version and build number: 2.0.10-build-588-play Your device model: LG V30 H930 Your Android version: 8.0 Your Custom ROM: none Yesterday I received my new LG V30 and I directly set it up as my daily driver. Everything worked but 1 thing, which is very important to me: I cant import my Windows Media Player playlists. On my previous phones which were LG G4 and LG V20 (both rooted and bootloader unlocked), It worked perfectly fine via the synchronize feature of the Windows Media Player in Windows 10. Just had to select the playlists and click synchronize. Then the songs and the playlists were added to the phone (SD Card) and I could import the new .pla playlists on Poweramp via "import system playlists" option in the options menue. When I synchronize the playlists on my V30, the opposite happens: All .pla files are removed from the SD Card and thus I cant import anything because nothing is copied on my phone/SD Card. The synchronize function even deletes every playlist, which is already on the SD Card. When I insert the Card in my old phones and synchronize it again works perfectly fine and all the playlists are again stored on the Card and can be read by Poweramp. Thus it seems something with the new unrooted phone and/or Poweramp does not work, I have no clue what it can be. I hope someone can help me because these playlists are one hell of important thing for me to use every day :-( Thanks Frank
  4. Hey, Since my HTC M9 (stock firmware, region EU) updated to Android from 6.0 to 7.0, I have 2 problems. Not that I have these problems with V2 & V3 (703)... 1) Sometimes the player does not start playing when connecting to my bluetooth set (passive BT set with A2DP functionality) 2) The player sometimes start with very low volume. Then, if another app plays a notification (ie Whatsapp, Fb messenger), or if I press a volume key once, Poweramp plays at the set volume again. 3) The button controls sometimes do not work, the I have to deactive & reactivate the option in the Poweramp menu. Note that is issue is fixed since updating to V3.0 First I thought it was a problem with the firmware, since then I've received an update, but that did not sorted the problem. Second, I use an app that is called "flitsmeister", (it some sort of a coyote app). It also is set to start automaticalley when connecting to a bluetooth device. That app starts/runs fine, it always starts and the volume is always ok. kind regards, Nick
  5. Bug: Replaygain tags applied by Foobar2000 on Wavpack, both hybrid and full, are being ignored & not detected in Poweramp Poweramp Version: alpha-build-703-play (Full Version) 2.0.10-build-558-play (Full Version) Wavpack Settings Used: Fast Hybrid with and without correction file High x5 Hybrid High x5 3.5bit/sample Audio Sample: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B_c2C5tUq8nTMkFsMVo5Q1A0T0U Note: 1khz signal, I believe. It was made by wavpacks creator as a way to test if an app was or was not utilizing correction files. Its just the smallest sample I can share where I've applied replaygain. Screenshots:
  6. the new playlist system that can not sync with ANY system playlist is a real pain, it only recognizes the songs have been added through Poweramp itself. If the reason of this change is merging the folders & library playlists, then it's not acceptable, because other player apps like PlayerPro & Meridian Player also support this feature and the playlist is recognizable for the system library. In Poweramp v2, when u make a new playlist it only works with Poweramp itself and u can't find it in for example native music app or any of syncing apps. this can really be an issue for users like me who carry thousands of tracks in several devices and syncing organized playlists is essential for them. Please consider this, I really love Poweramp and I've always said that it's the best player I'v ever used on any device or OS. I don't want to be forced to use another player.
