To be clear I'm not speaking about when I plug in headphones or connect via Bluetooth etc. What I want to do is disable the player from resuming where it left off. I don't mind that it remembers the last song played and it's position but I find it annoying that it just starts playing the song by itself. Sometimes this is a nice feature but then, if it cant be turned off I would like to request that this post be moved to the Feature Request section.

I just got done updating my Samsung Galaxy S8, and once I opened up Poweramp (build-828) it keeps ending up on this screen. I can still hear the music and skip through tracks but I'm locked into the play menu, anytime I try to search for a track or go back to my albums using the library button it doesn't do anything, I'm just stuck at this screen.

When I paid, Poweramp created an additional icon on my Android 7.1.1 phone with an unlocked symbol in addition to the normal icon. I deleted the original icon, cos I thought the new one had to be better. When I click on it, a splashscreen comes up thanking me for the purchase every time. and I have to click an additional button to start up. Buying the full version should surely be less hassle than the free version, not more steps to start up. Should I unbuy it? Also when the app is closed down, and I restart it later it refuses to start without going to the internet to check the licen

I am running Poweramp on rooted Android 6.0 px5 hu. When the car or acc is turned off, the unit shuts down but remembers the open apps. When turned on again, it re-opens the apps. The problem is, the unit also un-mounts and remounts the sd card and usb drive. My music is on an external sd card. So, if Poweramp is playing music when unit is shut off, when it starts up again, it looks for the last song it was playing which isn't there anymore -- and thus deletes the entire playlist. I can restore the playlist with a rescan, but then I have to select the playlist, locate where I was, et

This would be helpful to me because I mostly play audio files from my playlists.
