To ensure you retain your ratings when you update your legacy Poweramp release, I have provided a backup option in my Free New Playlist Manager app. Whilst still on the legacy version, simply backup your ratings. Continue to upgrade the latest Poweramp release (V798 at time of writing). You will need the paid for version of New Playlist Manager to restore the ratings. For those interested in automatically backing up their ratings, automatically updating the POPM tag of tracks or automatically updating the Poweramp ratings from the POPM tags, New Playlist Manager (V226) now has the necessary intents. Using Tasker, you can create a schedule that automatically does some or all of the above. . The intents are: com.flyingdutchman.newplaylistmanager.servicepopm2pa com.flyingdutchman.newplaylistmanager.servicepa2popm com.flyingdutchman.newplaylistmanager.serviceexportratings Category: Launcher Target: Service or simply import the attached backup backup.xml
