  1. @maxmpI think there's a bug with the way Poweramp handles saving the eq presets per bluetooth device. Sometimes when i connect a device it shows the previous one and eq. and when switching the eq setting to the one i need then when the next song comes it switches back to the previous one again. sometimes if i turn on my headphones and back on then it will show up as the correct device. yesterday i had the speaker listed in there twice for the eq setting/device!!!! once was checked and the other was unchecked. I've been noticing these issues for the last few days. I hope there's a f
  2. Currently you are able to associate "Bluetooth" with one of the stored equalizer presets. The current capability does not account for the need to have different equalizer settings for different bluetooth devices. In my case, I connect my device to six different bluetooth devices. There are other applications that are capable of detecting which bluetooth device is connected and customize the application settings based on that connected bluetooth device. A similar ability in Poweramp would be greatly appreciated. Also, it is not easy to temporarily suspend the preset association. For
  3. I like to set specific preset EQ settings to almost every music album/folder I listen. So I would like to be enabled to do that more quickly, in the way that when I set EQ and apply it to a specific album/folder/song, that I don't have to give it appropriate name and lose time on that. (Time consuming because that name should be long enough to ensure that it is different from all other presets.) I want to simply press 'save' without typing the name. Poweramp should be able to automaticaly give the generic name - for example the full name of that folder/album/song which I already marked anyway.
  4. Hey! I'm new to this forum (but not to Poweramp) so I hope this is the right place to make the thread. If not, I'm sorry. So I wanted to assign a custom EQ preset to my Chromecast. I go to the "Assign" window for the preset, select Chromecast, and click "OK". But the Chromecast icon doesn't appear near the preset name, like how it appears when I assign other devices like the headphone jack. I've disabled "No EQ/Tone" in Chromecast Output settings, and this problem remains. Did I miss something? Is this feature disabled by the developer for some reason? Any kind of help would be appreciat

    SOLVED

I'm experiencing a weird bug, I don't if it appeared before 810 because I didn't much tamper with the EQ presets, but now I tried to edit some of my old ones and I just can't, "add" button is greyed out. Plus, I can't type anything in the field for the name of the preset.
  6. 2.0.10-build-588-play (Full Version) SM-T310 (Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 WiFi) Android 4.4.2 KitKat Not sure if this is a bug, but there is one major quirk that is silly easy to fix: Unassign all EQ presets- there is no option for this, surprisingly (unless I'm missing something). After assigning an EQ preset to a folder, the EQ gets stuck on the same assigned preset for all the songs in that folder, and no matter what changes you make, it reverts back when switching songs. I know you can unassign EQ presets from individual songs, but I'm not about to manually unassign hu
  7. Hi everyone! I'm from Italy, I'm new here even if I'm using PA since years. IMHO it's the best player available so far. I unlocked premium features, my OS is Android 5 and everything works fine. I'm writing here to ask for an IMPORTANT feature to me. I hope this feature, I'm going to explain, will be helpful for everybody. I use several BT devices, but Preset i assigned is not good for all of them. For example my 2.1 home theater in bedroom manages bass tones strictly in a different way like the one in living room or in my car. So i'd happy to be able to assign to EVERY BT device a different p
  8. It would be great to have a "EQ Presets Widget", to allow change EQ settings with one touch button. Many people is installing other equalizers apps just to have this killer feature. Greetings.
  9. Hello Max. first of all: I am very happy with Your player! Thanks a lot for a good work! One thing that I'm missing a lot: Sound presets: I am changing presets very often. Car radio, many headphones etc. Some of them are fine with just switching on the "Dolby" feature, some of them needs only the "Tone" tune, some of them Equalizer push. BUT saving presets does not really save all the sound features it has! It means that if I switch on the dolby feature which fine in a car - without tone or equalizer tweaks and then I switch to headphones, I change the preset, but the Tone stays switched
  10. I posted the following in the feature request section... but pending fulfillment, does anyone know where Poweramp saves these things??? Please add the ability to backup/restore (or export/import) custom EQ presets and preset assignments. Simple would be enough, but a sophisticated version of this would include ability to restore preset assignments to identical media library in which root path of library has changed (but subfolders beyond that have not changed)- for instance this would be useful with upgrade of phone OS, migration to new phone, or move of library to a new external SD card).
