Since I've started to switch using Poweramp, I've encountered a bothering issue that causes artwork to be heavily scaled down by a half of what the original artwork size was supposed to be, I didn't mind it at first. Until there are a couple of quality artworks that can toned down because of it. I've been trying to reach out other users in different online platforms but their response is almost always turn off your battery saver or it's an app issue that doesn't get fixed. I hope it gets a solution. I'm currently using an Asus Zenfone 4 Max on an Android 8.1 OS.
I recently updated my Samsung Galaxy S8 software to a new version of Android Pie and once I launched the Poweramp app I noticed the sound was distorted and low. It sounded like it had a DVC slapped on it, so once I noticed this I checked the settings and they were the same, the DVC was off. But when I switched it off and on there was the slightest difference. I've been finding others with the same issue as far back as January from the forums and I just hope this can get fixed and update can get rolled out on the app as soon as possible since I'm assuming the app isn't compatible/ not functioning with this version of Android Pie.
just got the 4.4.2 update for my galaxy s3 today and now there is an audio bug. For whatever reason during the start of a new song, the volume will go waaay down. So low that it sounds like All the equalizer bars are at their lowest setting(but of course, they're not). Ive messed with all audio priority settings and tried to figure out if another app might be the cause or maybe a new setting is to blame. But nothing works and i cant make the problem happen on demand. It just randomly happens. The bugged audio will persist untill i stop the music for a while and play a different audio (usually a YouTube vid) and come back to Poweramp and hit play and audio is back to normal This has been a frustrating experience. Does anyone have a solution?
