Dear Max & the Poweramp forum, Firstly, I would like to say that Poweramp has been my go-to music player app years and years to come, and I really greatly appreciate the work that has been and will be done. I am a music lover, and I sort my music by folders - playlists, albums, etc. One thing that bugged me after expanding my offline music collection is that the list options for folders are universal. So if I sort my playlists in alphabetical order, and then go into an album folder, the tracks within the album folder will be also sorted by alphabetical order. However, I like to listen to albums in tracks order, so I would have to click manually on the list options and change everything back, it's really a hassel when I go back and forth from folders. (I have attached screenshots to show this) It would be great if we can get an option to save list options specifically for differet folders, so that it is a lot easier to sort to music libraries. When viewing songs by date added, PA seems to take large swathes of unrelated songs and sort them in alphabetical order. In the attached screenshot, each album was downloaded fully, and by itself. They should not be intermingled as such. Also, note the scroll bar on the right: this is about halfway down the list of songs. If it was just alphabetical, these would be near the top. Beta build 795 - Full version. Android versions 6.0 & 7.0. When inside an album folder and choosing "List Options"/"View As"/"List - Compact", the tracks are displayed how they would be in "Grid - Extra Small".

Hi Guys I am old school and loved this app because it let me use folders the same way as I do with my computer. Sorry in advance if this explanation of my frustrations is difficult to understand I don’t have an option to view folders without album covers and when I change the list settings to the least worst option of- list small- it changes back every time I move out. Even more importantly: the Hierarchy option in the folders list seems not to be an option anymore and my files are really difficult to navigate. Is this a bug or the road the app is going down

It would be really helpful to be able to change the name of the folders containing music. Also, under list options It would be great to have a custom list. -
Poweramp V2, has a really useful way to organize folder songs but It will be great if we could have list options for folders too. For example, arrange folders by the year of the songs it contains, most of my folders are full albums so it won't be a problem so every album folder will be in release order, but what if every song in the folder has different year you could just find the oldest year and use that.

Please specify the following: Poweramp version and build number (available in Poweramp Settings => About) - 2.0.9-build-564-play(full version) Your device model - SM-N900S Your Android version - 4.4.2 Your Custom ROM name/version (if you're on custom ROM) - i am not use custom ROM I want music file list arrange by 'by the date and reverse'. it means new music file is placed top on my list. my file list arranged when i click 'list option - by the date'. but it doesn't work 'reverse' with 'by the date'. it is working with any other list option. please make it working. . . ;(
