I purchased the license for Poweramp to install it on my FiiO M6 device, I downloaded the Poweramp-2.0.10-build-588-uni.apk version and successfully installed it on my device, so I did the Already Purchased procedure on the inserted email software and Order ID, but Poweramp keeps telling me "Validate purchase failed - No Google or Email account (Android 3+) registered on the device" The version is in Italian and the device is connected to the internet and has no Google Play I would like to make the software work otherwise, if it is not possible to recover the money spent.

  3. Hi everyone, I am a Poweramp user for several years now on different smartphones including my current phone. I purchased the unlocker via the website. Yesteday I updated my OnePlus 6 on Android 8 to 9.0 Pie. Now when I start the app, the license is not recognized; it has worked before the update. It says that there is no google account found.   4. The Poweramp fails to verify the licence. No response from the developers. They say to click get support. I'm not getting a solution
  5. I am licensed owner of Poweramp and having problems using Poweramp in places where there is no network. Application don't want to work in offline mode without checking licence. Here is an answer of support team: To resolve this issue: 1. uninstall Poweramp Full Version Unlocker 2. ensure you have internet connection on the device up and stable 3. install Poweramp Full Version Unlocker from Google Play Store app. Reinstalls to the same account are free. Installing Unlocker from APK won't resolve the issue 4. You may need start/wait a bit/exit Poweramp 2 times to reload license state.
  6. Poweramp v2.0.9-build-564 Samsung Galaxy s3 mini Cyanogenmod 11, Kit Kat 4.4.4 After one update I started getting Licence error #1. After the last update I do not get that error any more, but it got replaced with Licence Error #16. I have tried reinstalling everything, but nothing seems to help.
