Hey i run into a wired issue... I use Poweramp full version since i had my HTC one m7 until now...Best sound ever when listening to Hardstyle/Hardcore techno from Q-dance etc. use as always "techno" equalizer and then bass to 50-60% with extreme bass i ear headphones. and "Tone button and limited are on . al sounds as is should..now ....i got new htc u12+ with HTC usb-c headphones. Now when i play the same mp3 files in highest qvality as before and same settings it does not sound clean at all... When a light high noize/voice is played in the song the headphone does make microseconds long explotion sounds like hearing a firework rocket explode ....This does not happend when not using USB-C headphones....i tried all i know and found out that when i in the Equalizer go to "4k" slider and increase db to max this sound gets so extreme that it sounds like home recorded high sound indoor techno party where the bass does consume all focus and does scratch all sound...but when i turn 4k slider to the bottom - it dissappears but not 100% yet...... Can someone tell me why 4k slider on USB-C headphones does making pfffft explotion noize when on jack 3.5 mm does not??? and what can be the reason for thaT? is it hardware failure or software? maybe firmware??? help this does sometime still make some music tracks no able to enyoj for listening at all tryed to record mp3 with computer mic but was hard to record soz....but half ways in the mp3 when he starts singing/shouting.....it normaly does not sound like he yells 200% volume but no i can hear that with on normal jack stick clean Unfddtitled.mp3
There have been reports from Huawei users that the new skins for Poweramp V3 do not install. However there have also been reports that some skins do install. I have looked into this and have found the following: the stacktrace when installing shows that a piece of code ShortcutInfo fails with a null ponter exception. On the developers website it states Requires API level 25 (Android 7.1.1, Nougat) so this should in fact mean that installs fail for Huawei devices with less than android 7.1.1 and should be successfull for 7.1.1 and above One of my skin users reported that it installs fine on a Huawei android V8. Can those forum users who have this Huawei problem perhaps enter their Huawei model and android version? This may confirm my theory
I. The Essentials Poweramp version and build number: 2.0.10-build-588-play (Full Version) Your device model: Samsung S7 Edge (SM-G935P) Your Android version: 6.0.1 Your Custom ROM name/version (if you're on custom ROM): N/A Tried catlog, but it cannot read any logs other than its own as it cannot become root, so this is all I have. II. The problem The BT in my car does not seem to be receiving metadata. Samsung's Music Player sends this info across fine, but Poweramp is, to me, far superior in terms of UI and sound (Samsung's EQ, for example, is subtractive, not additive). This is a relatively new phone (a month or so), so I'm kind of reluctant to (try to) root the thing at the moment... Summary: Sounds fantastic, I'm very happy to have the album art back, but the lack of transfer is mystifying and irritating...
Just bought PA specifically to play flac files but it will only play about 50%. These failed flacs will play perfectly on my desktop using VLC player. What's up with this? Need to return it if there's not a fix. How do I do that?
