Hi, I just started the trial version of Poweramp and I'm pretty satisfied with it. Though, I would like to know if there is a way to disable automatic album art. What I mean by 'automatic album art' is using random pictures in the folder where the song is located, the ones that are not named 'folder.jpg/cover.jpg, etc.' The reason why I want to do this is because I use 'Download' folder as a temporary music folder for my projects and I simply hate seeing untagged songs with an album art, I prefer tagging them myself.
I need an option to disable this, it's really bothering me at this point. What I mean by "automatic cover art" is that Poweramp sets all my completely untagged music's cover art to some random image in the same folder the music is in, said image isn't even named "cover" or similar. it's really bothering me because I use the download folder for misc. audio and it just keeps choosing the worst possible image. I'm using Poweramp v3 build-930-uni and I don't see an option anywhere to disable this behaviour.
Would be nice if the album art menu for tracks/artists/playlists/etc. would display the image that Poweramp is currently using (i.e. If one had previously been chosen from library, if it could display it the way it does for embedded covers & in-folder images, or if the current image in use is embedded or in-folder, if it could indicate so.)
I am using the unlocked version of Poweramp since I got my first Android and I love it. But what I hate is that you changed the background around the cover in the player view. Depending of the colors of the cover the background color changes. I hate that and I would love an option to switch that of, so I can have my black background back. Tried a couple of skins but none of them helped... ;-) Or am i missing something and there is a switch somewhere???
