  1. Since the update to Poweramp v3 (build 808-play) I cannot control the music from my Garmin vivoactive 3 smartwatch (play/pause or previous/next track). I can control other music apps like YouTube, Spotify from the watch. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S8+ on Android 8.0.0 I can control Poweramp from my car's Bluetooth though(previous/next track).
  2. Hi there! I am a very frecuent user of Poweramp. I've moved from a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910F) to a Huawei Mate 20 pro (LYA-L29). On this new model, a double-click on the forward button of a bluetooth headset (the car, in my case), doesn't move the track to the next list. Only advances two tracks on the same list. This is very frustrating, because if you want to go two albums forward while you are driving, you have to pass almost 30 track one by one. The double click tag is marked on the settings. This happens on V2 and on V3. I am currently using v3-build-804-uni (Full version).
  3. I would like a way to select which devices would allow the player to resume when they are reconnected. In this case, just my car, and not my headphones or speaker.
  4. Music plays at maximum volume on bluetooth device when Hi Res Output is enabled. It stays at the highest level even when Android media volume is reduced to minimum. I observed this bug only on MIUI. My friend running Android One device has not encountered the problem even though he has the same version of Poweramp. I am running Poweramp v3 802 play build(beta)(latest on play store as of 22nd OCT) Device: Xiaomi PocoPhone F1 running MIUI 10.
  5. Hey all- Recently got myself an Android HU for my car- XTRONS TE706PL. Overall I am pleased with it, but I have a couple nagging issues. I found Poweramp, then Poweramp beta shortly after and got it hooked up. Using Poweramp Beta with music on SSD Drive My goal is to have my music library with me in the car, to that end I salvaged a 250g SSD drive from a laptop and put it in an enclosure and mounted it in the glovebox. My library is about half that size. The drive is connected to the head unit via usb. When starting the car, if Poweramp was active when I turned the car off, it attempts to go back to the last song playing, which hasn't yet been mounted (as it takes Android a few seconds, say nominally 15) to get everything sorted. It appears that once it tries a couple times, Poweramp then goes through and does a full library rescan (which takes some time with my library). In the interim, everything appears to be gone (artist/album/etc info all "nothing to see here".) I found the setting for "don't scan automatically" and have ticked that, and will be experimenting going forward, but I can't be the first person to have this issue, and was wondering what other folks have done Bluetooth A2DP issue One of the other things I want to do with the Xtrons is stream content directly from my phone; mostly audiobooks. This may or may not be related to Poweramp (to test I'd have to uninstall it I guess) but I'll detail it to see if anyone has some sage advice for me. The Xtrons has an A2DP app which handles the audio streaming inbound from other devices. This app launches for a moment, and then goes away. Sometimes it plays a second or two of the most recent Poweramp track, other times it just closes. My phone is connected for sure, and the Xtrons is pulling the title/etc info from my audiobook, but it never plays. It almost appears to me to be some kind of contention between the A2DP app and Poweramp. I've gone into settings and disabled all the bluetooth controls (at this point I don't need them) to no avail. Any help with either of these issues would be appreciated! Thanks- -Blu
  6. I have both "Resume On Wired Headset" and "Resume On Bluetooth" turned on. Pause and Resume works with bluetooth disconnect and connect, but after a bluetooth use when the player is paused, if I connect a wired headphones, it does not auto-resume. If I press play, it works correctly, and from this point, If I disconnect the headphones, the player pauses, and resumes on connection again. I have a Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact and I use a jack-USB-C adapter for my jack headphones.
  7. When I get system notifications while using Poweramp, the audio stutters and stops playing over the Bluetooth earphones for some time. Also when I play a media from Instagram/Youtube or any other app while Poweramp is playing, the audio stops and I hear a strange sound from my bt earphones.Sometimes I have to reboot the phone to fix the audio output. I have a OnePlus 6 running Android 9.0 Open Beta 3. OnePlus Wireless Bullets. Poweramp version: rc-797-play I'm attaching a logcat :https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_Zu9WLtX4JArNRlwgP__lraLp7nIoThH/view?usp=drivesdk Thanks in advance!
  8. Version 795 on HTC 10 is not sharing the album and track information through Bluetooth. That is, the information doesn't appear on the LED screen in my car as it has with prior 700+ builds. I've checked other apps, and it appears to be Poweramp only that's not sending through such information. The music itself plays just fine.
  9. Player is not accepting input from my Bluetooth headset (Boat Rockers 600). But when I connect a wired headset and disconnected, Bluetooth controls started working fine. And if I restart my phone or the app gets restarted (like after force close but not after closing and opening app) I have to connect and disconnect the wired headset again. And the track control by volume buttons(when screen is off) is also working after connecting wired headset until app gets restarted as stated above. BTW UI is awesome I am using OnePlus 2 with RR 6.0 (oreo 8.1.0)
  10. I'm using Samsung Gear Fit2. Samsung Music Player support playlist browsing. maybe add browsing playlist on bluetooth devices.
  11. Just updated to v793, and my car's bluetooth controls no longer work, not the pause/play button, nor next/previous track buttons. I can control the tracks fine on the phone though. And the audio works just fine over Bluetooth. I have a nokia 8, running unmodified android. All other apps are working just fine with the bluetooth controls, expect this version of Poweramp. update: tried connecting my phone to bluetooth headphone, the volume up and down work, although a bit laggy, annoying, but works. However, the pause/play button doesn't work at all, but it does work in other apps. Also, the long press/double press options in the setting don't work either.
  12. Hi. I have OnePlus 2 running on Lineage OS 15.1 with bluebolt custom kernel, Poweramp V3 build 793. When connected to a Bluetooth headphones, I am not able to play/pause or skip to next or previous songs. Only the volume can be changed.
  13. Poweramp stopped responding to Bluetooth controls after I used another player for a while. Even when Poweramp is actively playing music and I press the pause button on my Bluetooth other player starts playing music instead of Poweramp pausing it. Please help!
  14. I've been using Poweramp to play music on my Bluetooth and my Phone speaker. I found the music louder on another player so I shifted to it when using phone speaker. As soon as I started doing that Poweramp stopped responding to my Bluetooth controls. The other player responds instead. This is annoying as Poweramp gives better output via Bluetooth. Any way to fix this? I tried force stopping the other player but that didn't fix it. I cannot install it as it is a system app and I would want to use it for playing through the speaker.
  16. Hi there devs, Before the update the bluetooth works fine.. But after the update the audio stutters and the volumes are lower than usual.. I never tweaked the app (except the equaliser) but somehow these problems makes me feel uneasy..
  17. Hi Poweramp users, I'm using Poweramp with a bluetooth headset on build 703. Everything is fine except one thing: If I take my headset off, it has to stop playing music and resume it when I take back the headset. It works fine if I only take off the headset for 2 seconds, but longer causes the app to close (removing the notification) and I have to reopen it to press play manually. I have the option checked : "Settings > Headset/Bluetooth > Resume On Bluetooth". Thanks for help
  18. I downloaded the trial version which I liked a lot. However the Bluetooth started to play up, cut out and sound choppy. Thought it was my headset but tried with various others and got the same result. Its the app because other music apps I have installed as well as the stock android player work with the headsets. I purchased Poweramp but clicked the refund when I found the Bluetooth still plays up with the full version. Willing to purchase again if Bluetooth gets fixed Cheers Dan
  19. Using PA on a rockchip 3066 auto unit with Android 4.4.4 When making a call via bluetooth, PA will stop the music for a second and then start playing again., even louder. I can hear both the music and the BT call. I have to manually stop PA during calls. Tried every possible combinations in Audio Focus settings. I tried v3 because I have the same issue on v2 When receiving calls, PA pauses correctly. Calls are made from a LG G4 through the car unit BT. Any other app, including youtube or the built in audio player are pausing correctly. Being a car system, this is kind of a deal breaker for me.
  20. Hello, my name is Daniele, i have the 2.0.10 build 588 installed as a full version (since a couple of years now) and recently i bougth a new phone, Honor 8 from Huawei. The phone has Android 7 (Nougat) installed. I cannot control anymore Poweramp, via the car controls (bluetooth connected to the phone) or via my bluetooth headphones. Below more details: 1. I can just control the volume, i cannot skip tracks. Either using my bluetooth headphones (Sony SBH80, Samsung U) or my car controls. 2. The car display cannot read the album\songs tags. 3. The functions above works with the music player from Huawei, on Spotify or Deezer. They also used to work on my previous phone, which used an older version of Android (marshmallow). So in short the only thing i believe is different is the phone android version, or do you have any suggestion? Thanks
  21. A while ago my Kinovo bluetooth headphones stopped being able to change tracks with Poweramp. They still work with google music no problem. Even more recently I got a 2013 Ford Edge with Sync. The controls worked for a while but now I can't get Poweramp to change songs (once again google music works no problem). I tried to upgrade to the v3.0 beta but whenever I click the button it says "you must have an internet web browser installed" which I do. So #1 how can I get bluetooth controls to work on v2.0 and/or how do I upgrade to v3.0 if it keeps giving me this web browser error??
  22. Hi, I bought this very good app, but I have many problems with btooth connection on uconnect in my car (fiat 500x fca Group). After song change, it play for few seconds and then pause.
  23. Quando a tela esta desligada a função avanço e retrocesso de musicas nos botões de fones de ouvido bluetooth não funcionam.
  24. Now I'm using Poweramp V3 with aptx-HD(Bluetooth) output like below. "Smartphone (aptx-HD is activated) -> Astell&Kern AK XB10 aptx-HD Receiver -> AUX -> Car (Audi A6)" But I cannot understand how to set HI-res output setting in my case. Setting -> Audio Engine -> Output -> Hi-Res Output (Experimental) and then there is only two kinds output option (Wired Headset/AUX and USB DAC) and I cannot find Bluetooth option. Please let me know how can I use Hi-Res Output through aptx-HD(Bluetooth)
  25. Hello! When i Connect my phone via Bluetooth with my car radio, Poweramp reduces the phone volume from max to half, if i change the volume via the radio volume regulator. The volume change only comes if i use Poweramp (orther music players are working fine with my radio). I am using a Oneplus 5T with their OxygenOS 4.7.2, Poweramp Version 2.0.10-build-588, Android 7.1.1.
