Hello! I'm quite a noob when it comes to programming or sound engineering, but I have a question I would like someone to explain to me as simple as possible. It just blows my mind how Poweramp dominates other music players on the market with its sound quality so I was wondering how is it possible. I've tried dozen players, both on headphones and speakers, and none of them has the sound quite as rich and colorful, so to say. I know a lot of quality is lost in compression of mp3 and whatnot, but exactly the same file in Poweramp just sounds million times better than in other players. Could somebody (preferably the developer, hehe) discover the secret in layman's terms? Thanks for the answer in advance!
